Turkey Wraps with Brie and Cranberry

4 - 10-inch wraps
1/2 cup cranberry sauce or cranberry preserves
1/2 pound shredded organic turkey breast
8 ounces ripe brie - sliced
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preheat a nonstick pan until very hot and heat the wraps just long enough to soften slightly (about 10 seconds per wrap). This will add a bit of color to the wraps as well as to make them easier to roll,
Spread the cranberry sauce or preserves evenly over the wraps and divide the turkey and brie evenly among them, placing some along the center of each wrap. Season with salt and pepper and then fold in the wraps at the ends. Roll up each wrap, cut into half diagonally and serve.
Serves: 4
