Fruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 container (8 ounces) vanilla-flavored nonfat yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1 cup frozen strawberries or peaches
1/4 cup orange juice

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, whip together all ingredients. Serve in glasses.

Serves: 2
