This style and size of netting is excellent to use with many different cuts of meat. The weight range of the product for this netting is between 4lbs and 8lbs. Can be used with boneless pork loins, boneless turkey breast, flank steak, and veal roasts. This size netting can also be used when making large cured meats such as supersotta and bologna. (Netting is sold in lengths of 75 feet - measured under tension.)
