A traditional bakeware dish with a simple shape, this is the basic oven dish that Emile Henry has been producing since 1850. For cooking gratins, meat or fish, it can be used for a multitude of recipes. (Sold individually, price indicated is per dish.)

Emile Henry’s Ceradon® process creates an extremely hard, temperature resistant glaze. The glaze is lead-free and won’t crack, discolor, or scratch. This flexible bakeware can go into the freezer, oven, microwave, and under the broiler. It is dishwasher safe and very easy to clean.
