The Big Island Ribs

This is the first time I have posted but absolutely had to. POSITIVELY DELICIOUS. My hubby who is not adventurous at all about trying new recipes loved both the ribs and rice and couldn't get enough of the sauce. He put the leftover sauce on everything he ate for the next day.
