Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS according to the delivery method selected at check out. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and an additional email notice when your order ships, which will include a UPS tracking number and link to the UPS website.

Canceling an order:

An order can be canceled at anytime prior to shipment by calling 1-877-707-3377 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00am -- 5:00pm Eastern Time) or by sending an email to customerservice@KitchenNet.com anytime prior to the shipping date. Full credit will be given and issued to the credit card account that was used at the time the order was placed.

Returns:

KitchenNet.com maintains a 30-day full refund policy (excluding reimbursement for shipping costs).

All returned items must be in original condition (i.e., unused) and must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RAN) obtained from a KitchenNet.com customer service representative (through email or phone contact by calling 1-877-707-3377 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time) or by sending an email to customerservice@KitchenNet.com).

The customer service representative will need the following information in order to process the return:
  1. Name and Address
  2. Proof of purchase (order number)
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Requested action (replacement, exchange or refund)
Your credit card will be charged for the return freight (in an amount equal to the original freight amount plus an additional nominal amount for pick-up) and will be credited for the full purchase amount for all of the returned items.
