Superior to Hand Tying

Besides being easier, RoastWrap elastic netting is superior to hand tying because it’s able to hold the contents securely while maintaining even pressure around the roast. This results in more uniform cooking and a better tasting result. Also, netted roasts make a more attractive and appealing presentation than tied roasts.

How To Use:

The clear plastic SnapWrap sheet makes it simple to slide the RoastWrap netting over your roast! Simply place your meat on the wrap ... Spread your stuffing ... roll ... and seal with the adhesive strip. The RoastWrap netting then slides easily over the wrapped roast. With the netting in place, just "snap" the wrap and remove each half .. and you’ve got a rolled roast! (see diagram) After the roast is cooked, just cut off the netting, slice and serve.
