I was over at a friend's house and they were in the middle of preparing a rolled roast with your Roast Wrap. Although I cook, I rarely make a rolled roast because it's too tricky with the string. But when I saw this it seemed like a lot of fun. Since there were two in the package, my friend gave me the other one and I just tried it, with your turkey breast recipe. .my teen aged daughter even thought it was fun...and really looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. I really liked how the net kept everything together and the little indentations that the net made really looked professional. I'm getting some of my own to try some other things. Let me know when you come out with more recipes.
